Las Vegas Smoking Ban to be Eased?

Perhaps by the end of this year we, who live in Las Vegas, will see some modification done to the relatively new statewide smoking ban. There is a movement in Carson City, NV to amend the ban to include restaurants or bars that serve food to allow customers to smoke as well in certain areas if children are not allowed to frequent the establishment. Which would help out the bars and taverns across the Las Vegas valley.
